No emerald city for us. We are driving to Calais today but did see loads of emerald green fields and the hedgerows were just in leaf and everything was really fresh and green. Saw a lot whilst I was driving and DH fast akip so couldn't get him to take a pic. However you can just see some green fields here - shame the road is plain old tarmac.
